Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's builds eye-catching displays, verifies signage and pricing, updates wayfinding and product location signage, and ensures displays are safe, clean, and accessible. You’ll complete merchandising resets, verify buyback items, stage clearance products, and help drive add-on sales by placing displays throughout the store. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, answer questions about products and warranties, and communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to Lowe’s merchandising specifications, and the ability to analyze in-store service metrics to improve project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
