Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate, create visually appealing product displays, and support the Merchandising Services Team. Responsibilities include completing merchandising resets and service-related projects, verifying buyback items, updating wayfinding and product location signage (including digital maintenance), ensuring price labels are present and visible, and aiding in add-on sales by staging clearance products. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, listen to questions, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating merchandise. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, prioritizing project schedules, and providing feedback on in-store service and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
