Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and accessible, create product displays that are visually appealing, complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and product signage, ensure price labels are visible, and support add-on sales by organizing clearance products. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, communicate project priorities to the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, and perform other duties as assigned. The role supports part-time schedules with weekday shifts and offers benefits and growth opportunities including health insurance options, tuition assistance, a 401(k) with company match, and an Associate Discount.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to travel to meetings or training as needed (Travel not required regularly)
- Experience operating basic hand tools or equipment may be preferred
- Lowe's experience or familiarity with planograms and merchandising tasks is a plus
