Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will create and maintain in-store merchandising displays, ensure signage and pricing accuracy, and keep product locations clear and accessible. You will complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, verify buyback items, update wayfinding signage, ensure price labels are visible, and help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, answer questions, communicate warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. The role emphasizes collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team and Store Manager to execute projects per Lowe's specifications, analyze metrics, and support in-store service delivery. The position offers a part-time schedule with potential weekend shifts, opportunities for growth and training through Lowe's programs, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires physical endurance (standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs with team lifts as needed) and the ability to operate standard tools and equipment as part of merchandising tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment (preferred)
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws) (preferred)
