Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate (Part-Time Days), you manage store signage, pricing, and product displays to keep merchandise easy to locate and visually appealing. You complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and product-location signage, and ensure pricing labels are clearly visible. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, and provide feedback on project execution. The role involves staging clearance products for add-on sales, assisting in locating or handling merchandise, and performing duties such as repairing or replacing damaged items or signage. The work includes lifting up to 75 pounds for team lifts and aging through a variety of environmental conditions; weekend shifts may be required. Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Associates must follow guidelines for lifting methods; team lifts used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed
- Exposure to varied environmental conditions; ability to work inside and outside conditions
- Travel not required or minimal
- Merchandising and display setup experience (preferred)
- Experience operating power equipment and essential tools (preferred)
