Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store's signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access. You’ll complete merchandising resets, verify buyback items, update wayfinding signage and product locations, ensure price labels are visible, help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, and collaborate with Merchandising Services Team and Manager. This is a part-time role with a weekday schedule potential, and weekend shifts may be required. The position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs with team lifts as needed, and may include varied environmental conditions. Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
