Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and easy to access; complete merchandising resets and service-related projects; verify buyback items and ensure they are ready for shipping; update wayfinding and product signage; assist customers when opportunities arise; and communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team. The role involves staging and placing displays, maintaining price labels, driving add-on sales through proper product placement, and lifting up to 75 pounds with team lifts for heavier items; weekend shifts may be required; part-time schedule with a range of benefits including health options, tuition assistance, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and associate discounts. The posting notes travel is not regular, environmental conditions vary, and experience with planograms and basic merchandising tasks is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
