Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate, create visually appealing product displays, and assist in customer interactions when opportunities arise. Responsibilities include completing merchandising resets, verifying buyback items, updating wayfinding and signage, confirming price labels, staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, repairing damaged items, and communicating priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Requires basic arithmetic, ability to hear and communicate, and the ability to stand or sit for long periods; lifting up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed. Part-time days with a set weekday schedule and potential weekend shifts are available; travel is occasional for training or support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
