Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's working part-time days in Las Cruces, NM. You will ensure signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and accessible, create eye-catching product displays, update wayfinding and product signage, and verify pricing to support in-store merchandising. You’ll complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, assist customers when opportunities arise, and communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. The role involves staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, maintaining safe and visually appealing product placements, and handling items as needed. Physical duties include lifting up to 75 pounds with team lifts, standing/sitting for extended periods, and using basic arithmetic and web-based tools to accomplish tasks. Ideal candidates may have prior Lowe's experience with planograms and display setup/teardown, along with the ability to navigate tools and equipment and collaborate across store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience with merchandising tasks such as planograms and displays (preferred)
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment (preferred)
