Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you ensure signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible to customers. Most tasks are non-customer-facing, with occasional customer interactions. You will complete merchandising resets, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and signage, ensure price labels are visible, stage clearance products, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. You’ll communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze metrics, and participate in additional duties as assigned. This role emphasizes merchandising execution and in-store service to support the store and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment (Preferred)
- Experience reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays (Preferred)
- Lowe's sales floor experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual, military, and veteran talent encouraged to apply (Preferred)
