Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate responsible for completing merchandising resets and service-related projects, updating and validating wayfinding and product location signage, ensuring pricing visibility with price labels, creating safe, visually appealing displays, and assisting customers when opportunities arise. Role includes communicating priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and properly placing displays, and repairing or replacing damaged signage or merchandise. Requires lifting up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed, ability to use web-based tools, and weekend availability in a part-time schedule. Also includes participation in Lowe’s benefits programs and growth opportunities (tuition assistance, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, associate discount, Track to the Trades).
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally
- Ability to use web-based computer programs
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
