Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate. You create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and accessible, primarily with limited direct customer interaction but occasional customer engagement. You complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specifications, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and signage, ensure price labels are visible, help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. You will communicate project priorities and timelines with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze metrics, and perform other duties as assigned. The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed, weekend availability may be required, and a weekday-part time schedule is offered. Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to communicate product or warranty information and assist in locating or handling merchandise
