Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate, create visually appealing product displays, update wayfinding and signage, verify pricing, and support merchandising resets and service-related projects. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, listen to questions, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. Responsibilities include completing merchandising resets, verifying buyback items, maintaining signage and planogram adherence, and collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager to communicate priorities and schedules, with additional duties as assigned. The role emphasizes attention to detail in displays, pricing visibility, kit and display maintenance, and contributing to in-store service improvements, with preferred qualifications including experience with planograms, operating lifts or power equipment, and a willingness to support bilingual and veteran talent.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to travel to meetings or training as needed (occasional)
