Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will ensure store signage, pricing information, and product displays are accurate and accessible, create visually appealing displays, and support merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. Key duties include verifying buyback items and prepping them for shipping, updating wayfinding and product-location signage, maintaining accurate price labels, staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, and repairing or replacing damaged signage or displays. You will coordinate priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze project execution feedback, and perform other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications include basic reading/writing/arithmetic, verbal communication, and ability to sit/stand for long periods, plus the ability to lift at least 25 pounds; familiarity with planograms, product merchandising tasks, and use of basic power tools is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Travel not required or minimal
