Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store's signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access. While most of your time will be spent on activities that don't involve customer interaction, you may be expected to engage with customers when the opportunity arises. You'll be expected to listen to customers and answer questions, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. Key responsibilities include completing merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications, verifying buyback items, updating wayfinding and signage, ensuring price labels are visible, driving add-on sales by staging clearance products, and assisting in other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications focus on basic arithmetic, communication, basic computer use, endurance for standing and sitting, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Preferred qualifications include Lowe's sales floor experience, experience with planograms and merchandising, and familiarity with tools and equipment. Travel is not routinely required, and the role emphasizes teamwork and customer service within store operations.
