Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's will manage store signage, pricing, and displays to ensure merchandise is easy to locate and visually appealing. Responsibilities include completing merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs, verifying buyback items, updating wayfinding and product signage, ensuring price labels are visible, staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, repairing or replacing damaged signage or displays, and communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. The role emphasizes customer-facing interactions when opportunities arise and requires physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. The position supports growth with benefits, education opportunities, and a weekday-part-time schedule, with weekend shifts possibly required.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Preferred Qualifications Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
