Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate in Lowe's would create eye-catching product displays, verify signage and pricing, update wayfinding, and assist customers when opportunities arise. Responsibilities include completing merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specifications, ensuring items are prepped for shipping, maintaining accurate product location signage and digital information, driving add-on sales by staging clearance products, and communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Requires ability to read planograms, lift up to 25+ lbs, and work in varied environments with occasional weekend shifts; role emphasizes maintaining safe, attractive displays and providing customer assistance when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
