Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and accessible, create eye-catching product displays, and support merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications. You will verify pricing, update wayfinding signage, and assist in locating or handling merchandise, with opportunities to engage customers when appropriate and contribute to add-on sales through well-placed clearance displays. The role emphasizes merchandising accuracy, product placement, and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team and Store Manager, with a focus on safe, visually appealing, and accessible displays across the store. You may be required to work weekend shifts and travel minimally to support neighboring stores or meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally
- Utilize web-based computer programs
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs
- Unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
