Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will be the link between Merchandising and Store Operations, creating eye-catching product displays, ensuring accurate signage and pricing, updating wayfinding information, and keeping displays safe and accessible. You will complete merchandising resets and service projects, verify buyback items, replace missing price labels, and help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products throughout the store. You may interact with customers when opportunities arise, answer questions about products or warranties, and assist in locating merchandise. Expect to listen to customer needs, communicate priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, and follow Lowe's specifications for tasks. The role requires physical readiness (lifting up to 75 pounds for team lifts as needed) and may include weekend shifts with a weekday schedule. Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
