Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate (Part Time, Days), you will be the link between Merchandising and Store Operations, creating safe, accessible and visually appealing product displays, ensuring signage, pricing, and location information are accurate, completing merchandising resets, verifying buyback items, updating wayfinding, and assisting customers when opportunities arise. You’ll help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and maintaining planogram compliance, while coordinating with the Merchandising Services Team and Store Manager to execute priorities. The role supports a part-time schedule with a focus on weekend availability and includes access to Lowe's benefits and growth programs, with exposure to hands-on merchandising tasks and basic tools knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks (preferred)
