Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and accessible, build eye-catching product displays, and implement planogram-driven merchandising resets. You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, assist in locating or handling merchandise, verify pricing, and support in-store service and project priorities. Key tasks include updating wayfinding signage and product locations, repairing or replacing damaged items, driving add-on sales through strategic product placement, and communicating priorities to the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. You will analyze in-store metrics and provide feedback on project execution and service quality. The role emphasizes physical tasks such as lifting and moving displays, with weekend scheduling considerations and opportunities for growth through Lowe's Track to the Trades and other benefit programs.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
