Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to find. You will create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible, with most tasks being non-customer-facing. When opportunities arise, you may engage customers to answer questions and relay product or warranty information. Key duties include completing merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specifications, verifying buyback items for prep/shipping, updating wayfinding and product signage, ensuring price labels are present and visible, staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, repairing/replacing damaged signage or displays, communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, providing feedback on project execution, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires basic reading/writing/arithmetic, verbal communication, use of web-based tools, stamina for standing/sitting, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds (with accommodations if needed).
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
