Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's (Part-Time Days): responsible for ensuring store signage, pricing information, and product displays are accurate and accessible; create eye-catching displays and execute merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications; verify buyback items and maintain signage and price labels; update wayfinding and product location signage; assist in customer questions and locating merchandise; support in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products; communicate project priorities and completion status to Merchandising Services Team and Manager; perform other duties as assigned; physical duties include lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and team lifts up to 75 lbs when needed; eligible for Lowe's benefits, tuition assistance, and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience with merchandising tasks, planograms, and setting up/dismantling displays (preferred)
- Experience operating power equipment or tools (preferred)
