Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and visually accessible, create product displays, engage with customers when opportunities arise, and support merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specifications. Responsibilities include updating wayfinding and product signage, verifying prices, aiding in add-on sales through staging and proper placement of clearance products, repairing or replacing damaged items, and communicating priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. The role emphasizes store operations and merchandising tasks, including reading planograms, wiring customer interactions, and maintaining display standards. Minimum qualifications include basic arithmetic, listening and verbal communication, and the ability to lift 25 pounds; preferred qualifications include prior Lowe's sales floor experience, experience with planograms and displays, and familiarity with tools and powered equipment.
