Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store's signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible. While most tasks involve merchandising duties, you may engage with customers when opportunities arise. You will complete merchandising resets and service-related projects, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and signage, confirm pricing labels, drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, repair or replace damaged items, and communicate project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. You will analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
