Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate role at Lowe's focused on ensuring store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and visually appealing. Responsibilities include completing merchandising resets and service-related projects, verifying buyback items for shipping, updating wayfinding and product location signage, maintaining visible price labels, staging clearance products to drive add-on sales, and repairing or replacing damaged signage or displays. You will communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze metrics to provide feedback on execution, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires basic arithmetic, verbal communication, ability to use web-based tools, and physical ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed. Preferred qualifications include prior Lowe's sales floor experience, experience reading planograms, operating power equipment (lifts, order pickers), and familiarity with hand tools. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer-facing opportunities when possible, and opportunities for growth through Lowe's benefits programs and Track to the Trades initiative.
