Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will create and maintain product displays, ensure signage and pricing accuracy, and support store operations with merchandising resets and service-related projects. You will update wayfinding and product location signage, verify pricing labels, help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, and assist customers as opportunities arise. The role emphasizes safe, visually appealing displays, adherence to Lowe's specifications, coordination with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, and the ability to read planograms, repair or replace damaged items, and complete assigned tasks. Minimum physical requirements include lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted and longer periods of standing or sitting, with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs for team lifts as needed. Prefer candidates with Lowe's floor experience, planogram familiarity, and basic tool knowledge; bilingual, military, and veteran talent are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience with merchandising tasks including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (hand tools, drills, saws)
