Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate, while creating visually appealing product displays and executing merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications. You may engage with customers when the opportunity arises, answer questions, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. The role emphasizes updating wayfinding and product location signage, maintaining digital signage information, and helping drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are properly placed across the store. You will collaborate with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze in-store metrics, and complete other duties as assigned. You should be comfortable standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds for team lifts, and operating related tools and equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
