Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's (Part Time – Days): responsible for keeping store signage, pricing, and displays accurate and easy for customers to locate; create appealing product displays; complete merchandising resets and service projects; verify buyback items and update pricing and wayfinding; help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products; communicate project priorities and schedules with Merchandising Services Team and Manager; lift and handle merchandise safely, and assist customers when opportunities arise. Requires basic arithmetic, ability to read and follow planograms, and ability to stand/sit for extended periods. Flexible weekday schedule with benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally
- Ability to use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Experience with product merchandising tasks (preferred)
- Experience reading planograms (preferred)
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts or order pickers (preferred)
- Teamwork and communication with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
