Job Summary
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store's signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access. You may interact with customers when opportunities arise, listening and answering questions, communicating product or warranty information, and assisting in locating or handling merchandise. Key responsibilities include completing merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications, verifying buyback items, updating wayfinding and signage, validating price labels, driving add-on sales by staging clearance products, repairing or replacing damaged items, and communicating project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. You may also analyze metrics and complete other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
