Job Summary
Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's drives in-store merchandising by completing resets, updating pricing and signage, and creating safe, visually appealing product displays. You’ll verify buyback items are prepped for shipping, help with wayfinding/signage maintenance, and support customer inquiries when opportunities arise. You’ll communicate priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze in-store service metrics, and assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales. The role involves lifting and moving items, working across store operations, and applying product knowledge to locate merchandise and maintain accurate displays. The position supports part-time schedules with weekend flexibility and includes benefits and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
