Job Summary
As a Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store's signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible, perform merchandising resets, verify buyback items, update wayfinding and product location signage, and help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are proper throughout the store. You may engage with customers as opportunities arise and collaborate with Merchandising Services Team and Manager to communicate priorities and schedules; prior experience with planograms, product merchandising, and basic tools is preferred. This is a part-time role with a weekday schedule and potential weekend shifts, offering opportunities for growth and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
