Job Summary
Conduct merchandising resets and service projects per specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital records. Ensure product pricing is accurate and visible, staging clearance products to drive add-on sales while repairing damaged merchandise and displays. Listen to customers to answer questions, communicate product information, and assist in locating or handling items. Complete metrics analysis and provide feedback on project execution to store and corporate leaders. Maintain accurate signage and pricing information so merchandise is easy to locate.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
