Job Summary
Conduct merchandising resets and service-related projects per specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital maintenance. Ensure product pricing is visible, stage clearance products for add-on sales, and repair or replace damaged merchandise and displays. Maintain accurate signage and pricing information while communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service. This part-time role supports store operations by creating safe, clean, and visually appealing displays without requiring extensive customer interaction, though customer engagement may occur.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
