Job Summary
Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital records. Ensure product pricing is accurate and clearly visible, while staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and repairing damaged displays. Listen to customers to answer questions about product or warranty information and assist in locating merchandise. Communicate project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager, analyze metrics for feedback, and perform other duties as assigned. This part-time role offers a set weekday schedule to keep weekends free, with pay ranging from $17.13 to $18.40 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work in both inside and outside weather conditions
- Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions
- Exposure to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment
- Follow guidelines limiting single lifts to 75 pounds
- Use proper training or assistance from a trained coworker for powered equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
