Job Summary
Conduct merchandising resets and service projects per specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital records. Create safe, clean displays that showcase in-demand products while ensuring pricing information is accurate and clearly visible. Assist customers by answering product questions, locating merchandise, and handling damaged items. Stage clearance products to drive add-on sales and communicate project priorities with the Merchandising Services Team. Analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service. Maintain accurate signage and pricing throughout the store to ensure easy product access.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
