Job Summary
Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and digital maintenance. Create safe, clean, and visually appealing product displays while ensuring accurate pricing and clear product locations. Assist customers by answering questions, communicating warranty information, and locating or handling merchandise as needed. Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays, and stage clearance products to drive add-on sales. Communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution to store, market, and corporate leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation

Desired Qualifications
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
