Job Summary
Conduct merchandising resets and service projects according to specifications, verifying buyback items for shipping and updating wayfinding signage and pricing labels. Create safe, clean displays that showcase in-demand products while assisting customers with product location and warranty information. Repair damaged merchandise and signage, analyze project metrics for feedback, and communicate priorities with the Merchandising Services Team. Maintain accurate digital maintenance of product location information throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work in both inside and outside weather conditions
- Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions
- Exposure to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment
- Follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds
- Use proper training or assistance from a trained coworker for powered equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Lowe's sales floor experience
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
- Bilingual
- Military
- Veteran
