Job Summary
Merchandising / Order Writing Specialist develops new customer relationships while maintaining service levels with the existing customer base, handles deliveries and warehouse operations, conducts bi-weekly inventory and order writing based on established levels, completes merchandising resets and customer training on product knowledge and slicing techniques, and coordinates Go-Spot-Check missions. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, English literacy, 1+ years in brand associate or 3 years in customer service/sales/warehouse, valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and certification/training in ServSafe, Deli operations, and DOT/Safe Driver.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, including basic math and reasoning
- 1+ years of experience as a Brand Associate or three years of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse, or similar role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- ServSafe certification
- Deli Operations Slicer use, maintenance, and cleaning
- Proper slicing technique, product wrapping, and handling
- DOT compliance and Safe Driver training
