Job Summary
Develop and manage the Williams product range across apparel, accessories, and lifestyle categories, coordinating with suppliers for on-time delivery and quality compliance. Support the online store with product uploads, inventory management in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and order fulfilment coordination with logistics partners. Maintain accurate stock records, process purchase orders and invoicing, and produce regular trading reports tracking sales and fulfilment KPIs. Assist in retail activations at Grand Prix events, managing stock planning and on-site support. Based in London with travel to Oxfordshire and international race weekends, this role requires strong organisational skills and experience in retail or e-commerce operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a retail operations, product, or e-commerce coordination role
- Ideally within sport, fashion, or a consumer lifestyle brand
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Comfortable working with data — confident in Excel/Google Sheets and able to produce clear, accurate reports
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for stock and inventory management
- Passion for Formula 1 or sport more broadly
