Job Summary
Lead Apparel merchandising across the EMEA region to drive DTC excellence, reposition the brand toward contemporary/streetwear, and expand wholesale across Tier 0-3 accounts. Deliver consumer-relevant assortments, strong financial results, and build a high-performing team aligned to regional priorities. Responsibilities include: DTC assortment strategy, storytelling, price performance, and partnering with VM/Retail for execution; drive brand elevation with focused consumer-centric assortments, capsules, collaborations and SMUs; manage wholesale marketplace expansion with tiered strategies and regional SMUs/OMUs; translate Global direction into EMEA assortments, define line architecture, pricing and GTM execution; track sell-in/sell-out and margins, drive in-season actions and forecasting alignment; lead and develop the team with clear priorities and objectives; cross-functional leadership with Planning, Sales, Marketing and VM; influence with consumer and marketplace insights; Skills include DTC merchandising expertise, strong knowledge of streetwear/contemporary apparel, ability to work with wholesale environments, commercial/analytical mindset, and leadership across functions.
