Job Summary
Part-time Flower Merchandiser at Falcon Farms, The Woodlands, TX. Responsible for maintaining immaculate, attractive flower displays in stores, restocking and organizing inventory, using a mobile device to report activities, and interacting professionally with employees, managers, and customers. Supports festive-season readiness (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) and participates in department resets. Requires energy for physical tasks (lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, standing). Schedule includes Mon-Wed 7:00am–10:00am and 12:30pm–2:30pm. Paid training, mobile phone allowance, and medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time employees. Must be 18+, able to read/write English, have reliable transportation, internet access, and a smartphone; availability during peak season (Nov–May).
