Job Summary
Join Falcon Farms as a Flower Merchandiser, responsible for ensuring floral displays are immaculate and attractive at store locations. Duties include restocking and monitoring flower inventory, using a mobile device to communicate with supervisors, and collaborating with local teams. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for most of the shift. A paid training program is provided, along with a mobile phone allowance and transportation reimbursement. Must be able to work during peak seasons like Valentine's Day and Christmas.
