Job Summary
Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive across assigned stores. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory while using a mobile device to communicate with supervisors and report activities. Collaborate directly with clients and local teams to create displays and optimize inventory. Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently, bend, stretch, and stand for most of the shift. Support festive season demand during key dates like Valentine's Day and Christmas. Work independently while assisting teammates with special activities and department resets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders
- Walk and stand for most of the shift
