Merchandising Department Supervisor

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and ensure Associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Train and mentor staff on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to support shrink reduction goals. Organize back stock rotation, maintain signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate effectively with management and the Coordinator on Duty to address priorities and provide progress updates. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects, and adhering to labor laws and safety policies.
