Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support business needs through cross-training in multiple store areas and participating in store recovery initiatives. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and contribute to shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, multi-tasking while responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
