Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while participating in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness initiatives. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support business requirements. This role supports the vibrant TJX family culture across our global brands, emphasizing honesty, integrity, and respect in a leading off-price retailer environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
