Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness programs. Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, providing and accepting constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Starting pay is $16.90 to $17.40 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Retail customer experience preferred
