Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager (Merchandising) at Serv-U-Success - Day shift, full-time, in-person role in Oak Creek, WI. Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, ensuring staffing and prioritizing tasks, executing merchandising across all categories (shelf and off-shelf displays), maintaining on-shelf availability of dry grocery products, assessing store status (shelf condition, holes, signage) and deploying resources, assisting with scheduling to support daily requirements within budget, maintaining a clean backroom, and handling receipt/put-away/issue of product and service materials. Mentoring and training less experienced associates, and demonstrating effective work habits are key. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and 2-5 years in a service industry with supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Availability required on weekdays and weekends; positions are fully on-site with potential travel to other locations. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with full-time day shift 6:00am–2:00pm.
