Job Summary
Manage store operations by assisting the Store Manager with opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise, and execute Pull and Hold/Destroy directives while ensuring Clip Strips and Power Panels remain sales-effective. Plan monthly Sales Planners and maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restocking bathrooms and sweeping floors. Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and associates while performing duties as assigned. Full-time position in Runnemede, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
